It was a slow night at the Row so seating was quick and efficient. My server Daniel was very attentive and nice. Absolutely loved the brisket and slaw. I just wish the brisket were a little more warm. The flavor was delicious, the temperature was cold. But I was hungry so I devoured it. They Kentucky Bourbon Ale so that is a major plus for me as that's one of my favorite American beers. Ambiance is that of a classic Southern BBQ joint.

Gosh man! Must stop! The breakfast here was amazing! Had a full pancake meal with eggs and bacon. The biscuits and jam were to die for! Definitely on my list every time we visit. Cute place also and close to downtown.

If you are visiting or showing friends the area, I think the Row is a really great option to have the experience of listening to live music and eating food that is popular in Nashville like hot chicken, barbecue, and a variety of appetizers. I came with some friends on a Sunday night and we sat in the bar area (where there is live music). It was not very busy so we had very fast service and our food and drinks came quickly as well. My friends who have never been to Nashville tried the brisket, chicken fried chicken, and hot chicken and all really enjoyed it. I tried the pulled pork plate which came with a very large portion. We also started our meal with the biscuits and had drinks that we liked from the bar.

I was near Vanderbilt and stopped by here for a quick bite on my way through town. On an early afternoon, it was relatively quiet in here. I can see it being much more active at night, though. Unfortunately, my first-choice picks were unavailable when I tried to order. They have one of my favorite peanut butter milk stouts on the menu, but alas... it wasn't available. I also asked about the hash brown casserole, but they didn't have it at the time. Darn! I ended up ordering the deviled eggs five ways, the cheesy grits, and a glass of the Jackalope Maple. The food was good, not great, but filling - too filling, even. Nice servers, efficient service, decent ambiance. Expect sports games on the TVs and lots of eager watchers. The interior is pretty sizable and they have a covered patio with a bar near the stage area. There's a parking lot and street parking local to the place.
